Frequently asked questions

Where do credits come from?

Every new account starts with 5 free stencil credits and 10 free enhancer credits. After that, you can buy credit packs of 10, 25 or 60 credits inside the iOS or Android app. One generation always costs one credit, and unused credits never expire.

Why did my generation fail?

Occasionally a generation fails — usually because of a network hiccup or a photo the AI could not process. Failed generations are automatically refunded: the credit goes straight back to your balance. Try again with a well-lit, sharp photo. If it keeps failing, email us with the photo type and the time it happened.

How do I buy credits?

Credit packs are sold only inside the mobile app, through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Open the app, go to your credit balance and pick a pack. The web dashboard spends credits but does not sell them.

How do I delete my account?

In the app: Settings → Delete account. Deletion is immediate and removes your photos, stencils and credit history. You can also email us from your account address — see the Account & Data Deletion page for full details.
