Delete your account in the app

The fastest way — deletion is immediate:

1. Open the AI Tattoo Stencil app and sign in.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap Delete account.
4. Confirm. Your account and data are deleted right away.

Delete by email

If you no longer have the app installed or cannot sign in, email support@tattoostencil.net from the email address on your account and ask for deletion. We process email requests within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account removes, permanently and for good:

• Your account (email, display name, login credentials).
• All photos you uploaded.
• All stencils generated for you.
• Your credit history and balance.

Deletion is irreversible — there is no undo and no recovery. Any remaining credits are forfeited; they cannot be refunded or transferred to another account.

Purchase records held by Apple, Google and RevenueCat are governed by their own policies; we never hold your payment card details in the first place.

Processing time

• In-app deletion: immediate.
• Email requests: completed within 30 days of verifying your request.
