Terms of Service

1. The service

Tattoo Stencil ("we", "us") provides the AI Tattoo Stencil mobile apps, web dashboard and website at https://tattoostencil.net (the "Service"). The Service uses artificial intelligence to turn photos you upload into tattoo-ready stencil line art. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

2. Your account

• You must provide accurate information when signing up and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe. Anything done through your account is treated as done by you.
• You must be at least 13 years old — or the higher age of digital consent that applies where you live — to use the Service.

3. Credits and purchases

• Every new account receives 2 free credits on signup.
• 1 generation always costs 1 credit.
• Additional credit packs (10, 25 or 60 credits) are sold as consumable in-app purchases exclusively through the Apple App Store and Google Play; purchases are managed via RevenueCat. Credits cannot be bought on the web.
• Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for money. Unused credits do not expire.
• Refunds for purchases are handled by Apple and Google under their store refund policies — request them through the store you bought from. If a generation fails, the credit is automatically returned to your balance.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload unlawful, infringing, hateful or abusive images, or content depicting the sexual exploitation of anyone.
• Upload photos of identifiable people without their consent.
• Upload images you do not have the rights to use.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, overload or otherwise interfere with the Service or its AI models.
• Use the Service to violate any applicable law.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

5. Content and ownership

• Your photos stay yours. You keep all rights to the images you upload.
• You may use the generated stencils freely for personal or professional tattoo work.
• You grant us a limited license to store and process your images solely to provide the Service — for example, sending your photo to our AI provider to generate the stencil. We do not use your images for anything else.

6. Disclaimers

• Stencils are generated by AI. Results vary with the input photo. Always review and verify a stencil before transferring it to skin — a tattoo is permanent; our output is a drawing aid, not a guarantee.
• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time (Settings → Delete account, or by emailing us). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or where required by law. On termination, remaining credits are forfeited and your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's place of establishment. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live remain unaffected.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. We will change the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app or by email. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept them.
